Ingredients: lean beef, honey, cultured celery juice powder, spices, sea salt, garlic, bacterial culture, natural wood smoke.

Seed to Sausage Calabrese Pork Salami is a gluten free dry cured salami made with red wine which makes it a perfect choice for a dish with wide appeal. Definitely a crowd-pleaser and the perfect addition to a charcuterie and cheese plate. These are sold per piece and each piece are generally around 200g.
