    Beef Patty 4pack Frozen

    Producer: Stush Patties

    Minced lean chuck steak with herbs & spices is sautéed then stewed to perfection.

    Baked (not fried), hand-made, no MSG, no filler, no added sugar, no artificial flavours, and no preservatives.

    Cooking Instructions: Patties are fully cooked. Use pocket thermometer for accuracy in reheating.

    Convection Oven:
    Preheat oven to 350°F. Place patties on a cooking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Cook for 15 minutes from frozen / 12 minutes from thawed. Temperature of the filling must exceed 161°F. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.

    Conventional Oven:
    Preheat oven to 400°F. Place patties on a cooking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Cook for 16 minutes from frozen / 13 minutes from thawed. Temperature of the filling must exceed 161°F. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.

    Thaw: To thaw, place package in refrigerator for 8 hours. DO NOT RE-FREEZE


    Ingredients:

    Pastry: Wheat flour, water, vegetable shortening, egg yolk colour (vegan), salt.

    Filling: Chuck Beef, Water, Textured Vegetable Protein, Onion, Beef Stock (beef stock, maltodextrin, salt, sugar, yeast extract, beef fat, onion powder, natural flavour, beef extract), Scallions, Cornstarch, Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Spice, Soy Sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, sodium benzoate, brewing starter), Vegetable Oil.

    Contains: Wheat, Soy.


    Shelf Life:

    Frozen: 182 days at or below 10°F.

    Refrigerated: 6 days at or below 40°F.
