These bake-at-home cookies are made with chocolate chips and Marben's in-house black bean fermented miso. Bake from frozen and enjoy!

Brought to you by Chef Chris Locke at Marben Restaurant, these fish and shrimp pies are using local ingredients almost all sourced from 100km Foods! Fogo Island cod and shrimp in rich cream with mussel garum, pea-miso and potatoes topped with a puff pastry lid. 

Heating Instructions: Place in a pre heated 400F oven for 40 minutes or until the centre is hot. Serve.

Made from Ontario Fredonia Grapes from Warner's Farm. The Fredonia vinegar tastes like an acidic grape soda. So much fruitiness is retained along with some of the sweetness.

Made with house fermented 'koji cheese' and sourdough tamari along with truffle gouda and aged cheddar. Smoked bacon lardons runs through the pasta for extra texture and deliciousness. It's as rich as it is comforting.

Heating Instructions: Remove the lid and place the frozen mac and cheese in a 400F oven and cook for 40 minutes or until the center is hot. 

Ingredients: Whole milk, elbow macaroni, shallots, aged cheddar, koji cheese, truffle gouda, smoked bacon, sourdough tamari, butter, organic flour, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf, clove.

Heating Instructions: Remove the lid and place the frozen pudding in a 350F oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before enjoying.
