At The Market at 100km Foods, we curate some of the very best local and sustainably sourced groceries by working directly with our network of 100+ small and medium-sized farmers and food producers.
All items are subjected to our strict sourcing standards before they make it into our Market.
You have the option to order for Home Delivery, or to pick-up from one of our available Market Pick-Up Locations.

Each of our delivery areas has at least one delivery day a week, keeping our trucks full and our carbon emissions down!
Once your order is placed, it is carefully packaged at our warehouse in North York by our hard working pack team. Your order is packed in recyclable cardboard boxes with freezer bags to keep your frozen items cold.
We pick up directly from our farm partners multiple times a week to guarantee you get the freshest products possible.
Your order will arrive between 8am and 6pm. You'll receive an email in the morning of your delivery with your estimated delivery window, another when our driver is 30 minutes away, and another when your order has been successfully delivered. Once your order arrives, simply unpack and enjoy!
If you ordered for Market pick-up, your order will be ready at the pick-up time and location you selected at the checkout.
Our order deadline for home deliveries is at 4PM, 2 DAYS PRIOR to your desired delivery date.
The Market closes for ordering weekly at 4pm on Wednesdays and reopens for ordering for deliveries for the following week every Friday at 12pm. This gives us time to chat with our local farmers about what seasonal products they will have available for the following week.
If you miss your order deadline for the week, check back on Friday at 12pm to place your order for your next available delivery date!
For your protection, your order will be delivered in cardboard boxes and bags. Please be conscious of the environment and recycle your packaging!
For condos and apartment buildings, our drivers will be avoiding entering building floors or using condo elevators. If you have a concierge, please let them know you are expecting a delivery and we will try our best to leave your package with them. However, we may still leave your order inside lobby/entrance of your building if our driver feels as though this is the safest option.
Please include your buzzcode and a local phone number where our driver can reach you when they arrive for delivery. If you've requested that we leave your food order with your building concierge/security, please check with them beforehand to make sure that they will accept your delivery (some concerierges are refusing to accept residents' deliveries). Please also leave delivery instructions if we are unable to reach you when our driver arrives for your delivery.
For the health and safety of our drivers, we will not be able to accommodate specific delivery requests. Our drivers will assess the situation upon delivery and decide where it is safe to leave your package. Please check outside your door and the lobby of your condo building for your order. If you are self-isolating, please do not leave to retrieve your order. Instead, make arrangements for someone to help you.
If our driver determines that there is no safe way to deliver your order, you will be notified. Please contact us at orderdesk@100kmfoods.com within 24 hours to make alternate arrangements. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, your order will be donated to a partner organization working to increase food access in the city. We cannot issue a refund on your order.
We will leave your bags at your front door without knocking or ringing your door bell to minimize the risks associated with touching door handles.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been delivered.

For your safety, and the safety of our friends facilitating our Market Pick-Ups, this will be a contactless pick-up. You will be prompted to request a pick-up time when placing your order to help us ensure that your pick-up goes as smoothly, quickly, and safely as possible!
If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, have traveled in the past 15 days or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 please stay home and have a friend or neighbour pick up your order.
When you arrive to pick up your order, please follow the instructions in your order confirmation email. If you have any questions when you arrive for pick-up, contact the team at Redstone Winery at 905-563-9463 ext 2.
If for some reason you will be late for your scheduled pick-up time or you missed the pick-up window, please contact Redstone at (905) 563-9463 to coordinate an alternate pick-up time as soon as possible. Redstone will hold your order for 24 hours. If they have not heard from you after this time, your order will be donated to the Redstone kitchen.
