    Marben's Smoked Bacon Mac & Cheese 500g (Frozen)

    Brought to you by Chef Chris Locke at Marben Restaurant, this is not your average mac and cheese. Made with house fermented 'koji cheese' and sourdough tamari along with truffle gouda and aged cheddar. Smoked bacon lardons runs through the pasta for extra texture and deliciousness. It's as rich as it is comforting.

    Heating Instructions: Remove the lid and place the frozen mac and cheese in a 400F oven and cook for 40 minutes or until the center is hot.

    Ingredients: Whole milk, elbow macaroni, shallots, aged cheddar, koji cheese, truffle gouda, smoked bacon, sourdough tamari, butter, organic flour, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf, clove.
