RFK Magic Pouch Beef and Barley Stew 200g - Frozen Meals

Skip the slow cooker and let Real Food Kitchen bring you full-flavoured comfort in a single bowl. What's better than a warm bowl of stew when the temperature starts to drop? This stew has it all—tender pieces of high quality, antibiotic & hormone-free pasture-raised beef in a rich sauce with just the right amount of tang. 

Fully cooked. Delivered frozen. 

Simmer in Bag: Thaw pouch. Bring water to a boil in a large pot then turn heat down to a simmer. Carefully immerse pouch with tongs. Simmer for 18-20 mins or until internal temperature has reached 74C. Caution: Use tongs to remove the pouch from the water. Place pouch on a clean countertop. Using an oven mitt to hold, pull the corner tab to open up ⅓ of the pouch. Dispense product on a plate or into a thermos.

OR

Microwave: Thaw pouch. Remove the product from pouch and transfer into a microwaveable bowl. On high, heat for 2-4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
