Simmer in Bag: Thaw pouch. Bring water to a boil in a large pot then turn heat down to a simmer. Carefully immerse pouch with tongs. Simmer for 5-7 mins or until internal temperature has reached 74C. Caution: Use tongs to remove the pouch from the water. Place pouch on a clean countertop. Using an oven mitt to hold, pull the corner tab to open up ⅓ of the pouch. Dispense product on a plate or into a thermos.

OR

Microwave: Thaw pouch. Remove the product from pouch and transfer into a microwaveable bowl. On high, heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
