Preparation Instructions: Thaw in fridge on a tray. Empty contents of package into a saucepan. Heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated through. Consume within 48hrs after thawing.

Ingredients: Navy beans (white navy beans, water, salt, calcium chloride, disodium dihydrogen), coconut milk (coconut extract 60%, water), onions, tomato paste (tomatoes, or tomato paste & water), non-gmo sunflower oil, fresh garlic, sea salt, spices. May also contain traces of gluten.
