Gunn's Hill "Dark Side of the Moo" stout soaked cheese is a hand crafted cow's milk cheese modeled after a Swiss cheese called Mutchli. This cheese is mild with a creamy texture and buttery flavour. "Dark Side of the Moo" is soaked for four days in Dark Side Chocolate Stout from Woodstock's Upper Thames Brewery - hence the name! The cheese is then aged for four months before it is ready to be enjoyed.
