Earth + City is an exciting and innovative business in Toronto which began in 2010. Lisa and Cassandra connected on a shared passion for great food, local procurement, and creative recipes. At Earth + City, we prepare healthy, plant-based food in tandem with the Ontario growing season. Our food is available at farmers’ markets, in local shops, by ordering online, or for catered events. We also offer a rentable kitchen space for food business startups.

Earth + City's partnership with Village Juicery continues to grow strong – here we offer up their latest juice pulp cracker creation. The Beetroot Dill cracker quickly became a favourite. The beautiful colour and unique flavour make for the perfect snack. Pair with any of our dips for a nutrient-rich combo. Throw a container of our crackers in your bag for those long days away from home – you’ll be happy you did!

Using the pulp from their organic, locally sourced produce, we create unique, flavourful crackers perfect for topping with your favourite dips and spreads. This combination pairs lemon and kale for a slightly tart taste with a much-loved leafy green.
