Our beautiful organic Ontario garlic scapes from Cookstown Greens have a mild garlicky flavour similar to a chive or scallion; they can be preserved, grilled/roasted and many culinary applications.

Garlic scapes are the thin, curly and tender stem and flower bud of the garlic plant. If left unharvested, these scapes would eventually grow to bloom.

Cookstown Greens is a family-run, organic farm located 1 hour north of Toronto, in Essa township. They leave part of their land untouched and use non-intensive farming methods, which contributes to their farm’s biodiversity. They are well known for our quality and flavour of their products.
