What began as a small operation in her kitchen has grown into one of the top kombucha brands in Canada. Brewed and bottled in Toronto, Zoey's mission has always been to blend the intense-tasting kombucha into a light and delicious beverage that everyone could enjoy, while receiving the benefits of awesome digestion.
Today, Tonica is sold in over 2,500 stores, and is still brewed in small batches, fermented for 60 days, and made with all organic and natural ingredients.
