As with everything they do, everything in their prepared meals is made in-house.Â

Fogo Island Fish & Shrimp Pie (Serves 2 - Frozen)
Brought to you by Chef Chris Locke at Marben Restaurant, these fish and shrimp pies are using local ingredients almost all sourced from 100km Foods! Fogo Island cod and shrimp in rich cream with mussel garum, pea-miso and potatoes topped with a puff pastry lid.Â
Heating Instructions: Place in a pre heated 400F oven for 40 minutes or until the centre is hot. Serve.
Ingredients: Fogo Island Cod, Fogo Island Northern Pink Shrimp, White Wine, August's Harvest Shallots, Garlic, Thyme, Thompson's Potatoes, Black Pepper, 35% Cream, Sheldon Creek Whole Milk, Golden Dawn Butter, Lemon Peel, Mussel Garum (made using barley from K2 Milling and PEI mussels), Pea Miso (made with split peas from Pristine Gourmet and barley from K2 Milling), Flour from Howick Community Farms in Aylmer ON.

Fredonia Grape Vinegar 160ml
Made from Ontario Fredonia Grapes from Warner's Farm. The Fredonia vinegar tastes like an acidic grape soda. So much fruitiness is retained along with some of the sweetness.

Garlic & Pea-Miso Sausage Roll (Serves 2 - Frozen)
Heating Instructions: Place the frozen sausage roll onto a baking sheet and place in a pre-heated 400F oven for 20 to 30 minutes until the centre is hot.
Ingredients: Free run pork, confit garlic, pea-miso, puff pastry, lemon kombucha, chives, parsley, salt, egg yolk

Marben's Smoked Bacon Mac & Cheese 500g (Frozen)
Brought to you by Chef Chris Locke at Marben Restaurant, this is not your average mac and cheese. Made with house fermented 'koji cheese' and sourdough tamari along with truffle gouda and aged cheddar. Smoked bacon lardons runs through the pasta for extra texture and deliciousness. It's as rich as it is comforting.
Heating Instructions:Â Remove the lid and place the frozen mac and cheese in a 400F oven and cook for 40 minutes or until the center is hot.Â
Ingredients:Â Whole milk, elbow macaroni, shallots, aged cheddar, koji cheese, truffle gouda, smoked bacon, sourdough tamari, butter, organic flour, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf, clove.

Sticky Toffee Pudding (Serves 2 - Frozen)
Heating Instructions: Remove the lid and place the frozen pudding in a 350F oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before enjoying.
