What's included: tomato sauce, bucatini pasta, pecorino romano

Ingredients

Sauce - tomato, onion, bell pepper, bay leaf, olive oil, basil  
Cheese- Pecorino Romano
Pasta - semolina flour, water 

Cooking Instructions:

15 minutes prep time, Serves 2. Cook and Serve.
In a medium-sized pot, bring to a boil 2 litres of water and 1 tablespoon of salt.
Add Ascari pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and 1tablespoon of pasta water to a frying pan, then slowly bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes (reducing slightly).
Strain pasta and add to your tomato sauce.
Toss your pasta thoroughly, making sure all your noodles are perfectly covered in sauce. Serve and generously garnish with pecorino romano!

What's included: puttanesca sauce, campanelle pasta, anchovy

Ingredients:
Sauce - tomato, garlic, anchovy, capers, Gaeta olives, lemon, white wine 
Pasta - semolina flour, water 
Pangrattato - panko, anchovy, olive oil, salt 

Cooking instructions:15 minutes prep time, serves 2. Cook and serve. In a medium-sized pot, bring 2 litres of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Add your Ascari pasta and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. 

Add your puttanesca sauce and 1 tablespoon of pasta water to a frying pan. Slowly bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes (reducing slightly). Strain pasta and add puttanesca sauce. Toss pasta well making sure all noodles are perfectly covered in sauce. Serve and generously garnish with anchovy pangrattato!

Ascari Enoteca's freshly made & frozen campanelle noodles are everything you want in a fresh pasta noodle! Campanelle, is a type of pasta which is shaped like a cone with a ruffled edge, or a bell-like flower.

Ingredients: (contains gluten and lactose) ricotta / broccoli / spinach / lemon béchamel / pecorino romano

Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 375F, cook for 30 minutes with the aluminium lid on, remove the lid and broil for 5-10 min or until golden brown.

Ingredients: semolina / 00 flour / water
Instructions: cook until the desired doneness

Description: french onion soup / pain au lait / gruyere cheese / Emmental cheese

Ingredients: onion / veal stock / white wine / thyme / bay leaf / sherry / salt / tarragon / parsley / chive / flour / Emmental / gruyere

Instructions if you don't have an oven proof soup bowl:
1. Preheat your oven to 450F

2. Place rusks on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and top heavily with the cheese.

3. Place in the oven for 6-8 minutes and at the same time bring your soup to a simmer in a small saucepot.

4. Remove rusks from the oven.

5. Ladle 8-10 oz of soup into your bowls, then with an offset metal spatula, place the rusks on the soup.

Instructions if you have an ovenproof soup bowl: 

1. Preheat your oven to 450F.

2. Warm the Soup to a simmer in a small saucepot.

3. Place your bowls on a heavy, sturdy cookie sheet with parchment paper underneath and ladle 8-10 oz of soup into each bowl.

4. Top the soups with the pain au lait rusks, and then cover with the cheese mix.

5. Bake at 450F for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and golden brown.

6. Carefully remove from the oven and serve!
