Reheating Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bake from frozen for 25-30 minutes or until warm all the way through.

These cod fillets from Fogo Island Fish are frozen in boxes called "Shatter Packs". To loosen fillets, drop the frozen box on a hard floor with authority and it will cause the fillets to loosen without damage to the fish, making the fillets easy to remove from the box individually.

Perfect candidates for aquaculture due to their high feed-to-protein conversion, these fish are grown using floating, closed-containment fiberglass pens. These large pens eliminate the risk of accidental release, and subsequent competition with native fish populations.  

This fish has been ethically and sustainably farmed by the team at Kolapore Springs. In operation since 2009, Kolapore Springs Fish Hatchery takes great care to ensure that their fish stocks are well maintained and never over-crowded. Access to cool, nutrient rich water and naturally enriched food gives this fish a beautifully firm flesh and absolutely fantastic flavour.

Brought to you by Chef Chris Locke at Marben Restaurant, these fish and shrimp pies are using local ingredients almost all sourced from 100km Foods! Fogo Island cod and shrimp in rich cream with mussel garum, pea-miso and potatoes topped with a puff pastry lid. 

Heating Instructions: Place in a pre heated 400F oven for 40 minutes or until the centre is hot. Serve.

Corkscrew shaped, Rizopia's fusilli works as perfectly with tomato and creamy sauces as it does with meat, fish or vegetables baked in the oven for a warming meal.

Ingredients: Organic brown rice, organic quinoa 

Description: french onion soup / pain au lait / gruyere cheese / Emmental cheese

Ingredients: onion / veal stock / white wine / thyme / bay leaf / sherry / salt / tarragon / parsley / chive / flour / Emmental / gruyere

Instructions if you don't have an oven proof soup bowl:
1. Preheat your oven to 450F

2. Place rusks on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and top heavily with the cheese.

3. Place in the oven for 6-8 minutes and at the same time bring your soup to a simmer in a small saucepot.

4. Remove rusks from the oven.

5. Ladle 8-10 oz of soup into your bowls, then with an offset metal spatula, place the rusks on the soup.

Instructions if you have an ovenproof soup bowl: 

1. Preheat your oven to 450F.

2. Warm the Soup to a simmer in a small saucepot.

3. Place your bowls on a heavy, sturdy cookie sheet with parchment paper underneath and ladle 8-10 oz of soup into each bowl.

4. Top the soups with the pain au lait rusks, and then cover with the cheese mix.

5. Bake at 450F for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and golden brown.

6. Carefully remove from the oven and serve!

Heating Instructions: Place the frozen sausage roll onto a baking sheet and place in a pre-heated 400F oven for 20 to 30 minutes until the centre is hot.

Say Ni Hao to our Gong Bao Chicken!

We created this sweet (without added sugar), savoury & sour dish for Real Food for Real Kids (Real Food Kitchen's childcare catering service), after receiving a request for more Chinese-inspired flavours — and we were more than happy to oblige! Using the distinctive but not-too-spicy aromatics of fresh ginger and garlic, this recipe is the perfect way to introduce new seasonings to young eaters, or expand the comfort zone of a picky palate.

Fully Cooked. Delivered Frozen.

Recommended Pairings: Serve the beautifully velveted chicken & sweet bell peppers over brown rice with a side of snow peas, fresh broccoli or any bright green vegetable you have on hand!

Preparation Instructions: Thaw. Pour into a saucepan. Heat on medium, stirring occasionally, to an internal temperature of 74°C/165°F. Enjoy!

Seed to Sausage uses the simplest process in the preparation of their house cured ham so that the flavour of the ham speaks for itself. A basic cure, hickory-smoked in-house and lightly salted with no added phosphates. Gluten free.​ These are sold per piece and each piece are generally around ~1.3kg. 

Seed to Sausage is based in Ottawa, ON and specializes in charcuterie and sausages. Mike’s goal at Seed to Sausage is use local ingredients wherever possible, and with as few additives as possible. The end result: a fantastic line of cured meat products.
