This strawberry rhubarb cobbler recipe screams spring in Ontario with fresh Ontario strawberries and rhubarb from our network of local farmers! This biscuit topping was inspired by Mrs. Abby Fisher's Southern Peach Cobbler Recipe that uses both a biscuit AND crumble topping.

For those who've never tried mint and peas together before, this flavour combination might sound a little strange. But man, do they make a good team and celebrate the sweet flavours of June in Ontario!
